We can get so wrapped up in students, work or school it becomes easy to forget to spend time reflecting. Today I am going to share a few reflection questions so you can “check-in” with yourself.

If you set goals at the beginning of the semester, did you set goals for yourself? How are your goals progressing along?
- Are you spending enough time taking care of yourself each week? How?
- How are you spending your free time? (If the answer is “I don’t have free time!”, consider how this is impacting your work. Find ways to make free time.)
- Academically, what have you learned so far this semester?
- What have you learned about yourself this semester? How have you grown?
- What areas are you hoping to continue to grow?
- Who in your cohort are you close with? Who do you want to get to know better and why? (Set a time to have lunch with someone in your cohort you don’t know well!)
- What faculty member(s) are you connecting with? Which ones do you want to get to know better? (Ask if you can go to his or her office hours.)
